In addition, Global Masters innovated an off-market share buy-back program that allows Global Masters' investors a window of opportunity to sell their shares at a price representing net asset value, less an administration charge of 5%. This helps investors address the common feature of Listed Investment Companies (LIC) that sometimes trade at a discount to their underlying asset value.
