Dividend Policy

Global Masters Fund is structured as a long-term capital growth vehicle. Our primary objective is to maximise shareholder wealth through the compounding of retained earnings, in line with our philosophy of "Built on Quality. Driven by Compounding."

GFL does not pay regular dividends. This enables maximum capital for reinvestment, tax-efficient wealth accumulation through unrealised capital gains, and alignment with our investment philosophy and that of our principal holdings.

The Board conducts an annual review to assess whether a special distribution may be warranted. Any special distribution would only be considered where franking credits have accumulated significantly and distribution would be materially beneficial to shareholders without compromising our strategic objectives or growth trajectory.
