Murray is a business leader and governance specialist with over 50 years of experience across listed companies, public institutions, and private enterprise. He founded Retail Food Group Australia and co-founded Donut King, expanding operations across seven countries. 

He has served as Chairman and Director across asset management, environmental technology, higher education, and infrastructure sectors, helping steer organisations through transformations, IPOs, and market expansions.   Murray currently serves as Chair of ECP Emerging Growth Ltd, and was previously the Deputy Chancellor of Southern Cross University. 

Appointed Managing Director in February 2023.

Jason has over a decade of experience in investment research, portfolio management, and corporate governance. He leads GFL's corporate strategy, investment direction, and shareholder relations, overseeing the transition toward a global quality-growth portfolio.

As Partner at ECP Asset Management since 2012, Jason serves on the Investment Committee and leads ESG integration across all mandates. His doctoral research at Bond University focuses on financial resilience — the same philosophy underpinning GFL's investment approach.

Angela has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, predominantly in the financial services industry based in London, UK. Her focus, whether working with executive teams or boards, has been on strategy, risk, and compliance.Angela has extensive experience across the UK, South Africa, Ireland, and Germany. She is an accredited commercial mediator, negotiation expert, and corporate crisis leader.

Angela also serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Flagship Investments Limited.
